GORGEOUS SPACE! The owners did an amazing job creating the perfect ice cream shop atmosphere. The ice cream flavors are plentiful, freshly made cones make the experience even more delicious (homemade pies are also to die for!). Sampled several flavors but I went for their special “Sweet Pearls” in a large waffle cone, and will definitely be back!

Love this place, the ice cream is very refreshing, sweet and holds a lot of flavor. Alan was very helpful and kind enough to try a few flavors in store. We ended up getting two single scoop bowls one with cookie butter (bomb) and one with strawberry cheesecake (bomb), as well as two chocolate chip cookies! This is our new favorite ice cream/slash dessert spot!

My entire family CRAVES ice cream from Sweet Pearl’s! My personal favorite so far has been the butterfinger. My husband loves the chocolate toffee. Our kids love the lemon Oreo and mint Oreo. We love the all natural ingredients that take this ice cream a notch above the rest to make it the best out there!!! We cannot wait to try more flavors as soon as we can. Keep cranking it out, Sweet Pearl’s!
Finally, this yummy ice cream, loved by many loyal customers, is available in a beautiful new ice cream shop just opened at Firewheel. I have tried many of their fantastic flavors, several which have cookies and cakes mixed in. Very unique. You have to try them all!

Lots of delicious flavors and several vegan options every day. The owner is very friendly and offered detailed descriptions of the vegan flavors I was interested in. I ordered 3 scoops of different flavors and they were all wonderful. Definitely worth a trip to get your ice cream fix. Yummy!

This place has character and is fun to walk into. From the post it's to the awesome wall, it makes you smile and laugh. The ice cream flavor are diverse and... delicious. I sampled so many different flavors and they were all so good it was extremely hard to narrow down which flavor I wanted in the end. I've been to numerous ice cream places here in the DFW and this place.... They have numerous superb and unique flavor profiles of ice cream. I think it's THE BEST ICE CREAM IN THE WHOLE DFW. there is a salty caramel flavor that is to die for. I haven't had good salty caramel since I was in college 20 years ago in Madison, Wisconsin. There were nutty flavors, fruity flavors, and chocolate flavors that I didn't even get to try. The waffle cones are homemade and taste delicious. There are toppings as well to choose from. It was just a spectacular cone. The waffle cones have a plastic sleeve they give you so if the ice cream spills it doesn't spill all over your hand, which is also really nice. I will DEFINITELY be back life is too short without good ice cream.
This ice cream shop was so cute for my taste!(I love pink and pastel colors) The logo was so ADORABLE, as a graphic designer I like how the logo goes with all the aesthetic of the shop. The ice cream flavors are unique, it does have some common usual flavors like pecan or chocolate chip cookie dough but other than that it has varies options and the owner is kind to give us free samples to make sure we pick the right flavor for our stomach to be satisfied 😌. I really like the Ube flavor and mango with a fancy word I forgot🤦♀️on a waffle taco with vary of toppings. Recommend this place for dates with your partner or friends! Keep in mind there's limited tables but that shouldn't stop you to try out some yummy ice cream😋
I love this store. The cheetos flavored ice cream was surprisingly a favorite but I love the christmas flavors as well. The icecream always hits the spot for me. Will is so kind and great to talk to. I can tell his heart went into his business. I’ll definitely be back.
Spoke with Will, super friendly and puts a lot of love into what he does. Everything is homemade even the pralines in the pecan ice cream I tried and it shows. He has classics and seasonal flavors to choose from. He told me the more free samples you try the harder it is to decide, and he was right! Definitely worth a trip!!!
The two young men working this evening went above and beyond. We arrived twenty minutes prior to closing. They could’ve been rude and try rushing us out but they were patient. We have 2 young girls and they wanted to try various flavors, and they gladly did it. My daughter even forgot her baby doll and the employee came in running after us to give it to her. They’ll be our go to dessert place when were in the area again.
This is such a cute find! They have so many fun flavors and they're all handmade in store. They have dairy and gluten free options. It's also dog friendly! I had the pina colada sorbet and it's the perfect level of tart and sweet. My sister had the salted caramel and she said it was perfectly balanced between sweet and salty. The environment is so cute and light! We also got to meet Pearl!! She's such a well behaved and sweet dog I LOVE her. We got to talk to the owners and they were so fun and genuine. I definitely recommend checking this place out!!!!!

Really Nice spot in the mall, i was craving Pecan Pie and Ice cream. They have both, inaskd for a slice and they even warmed it for me and threw a generous portion of really good Vanilla Ice cream, so sweet! That purple Ube is awesome too, and my kid mentioned the Cookies and Cream is delicious!

Visited Sweet Pearl’s with my parents for the very first time. Let me just start off by saying how welcomed we felt as soon as we walked in. Will, who was on shift at the time took such great care of us. He was warm and very helpful throughout our visit. The ambience and creativity of the store was extremely appealing, colorful & fun. Sticky notes allowed us to write something nice about our experience and were stuck up as part of the decor. We got the lemon blueberry & coffee ice cream……rich, decadent & sooooo yummy! We’ll be BACK!!!! 🥰😍

This was my family and I’s first time stopping here and we were blown away! We walked in and Will (the owner) immediately greeted us with kindness and great hospitality. He let us sample almost every flavor while conversing with us about the history of his ice cram shop. Every flavor is homemade and you can easily tell he truly cares about the products he uses. I 1000% recommend Sweet Pearls to everyone! My family and I were so blown away we forgot to take a photo before we demolished the ice cream 😅My mom and sister have always hated mint ice cream but we sampled Will’s and he completely changed their perspectives! Y’all gotta try it out!

This place was absolutely adorable and the ice cream is made from scratch by the owner. I had the Cookie Butter ice cream and mom had the Pecan Praline. It was absolutely yummy. It is truly a family owned business. Please try them out and support local business.

first time ive gone to Sweet Pearl's Ice Cream and it was delicious!! The guy behind the counter was so nice and attentive, he has passion for what he does and it shows! I came for the ube ice cream and it was soooo good. I tried the brownie while I was there and I have to come back sometime. He said all the brownies/cakes/pies that are in the ice cream flavors are made in house!

How good is the ice cream? - While my son was potty training we would use sweet pearls ice cream as his reward for going a whole week without any accidents, he was trained in 2 months. - I drove from Princeton every weekend just to go here. (40 min) - I am willing to walk in an outlet mall, in Augusts 95+ heat, WHILE 9 months pregnant, WITH a 4 year old to get said amazing ice cream.

Umm let’s just talk about how cute this ice cream shop is, ITS ADORABLE! I love all the sticky notes people have left it’s such a great location. Now let’s talk ice cream, 10/10 i tried their watermelon vegan sorbet and DELICIOUS 1000% tasted just like watermelon! I ended up settling for the coffee toffee which was soooooo good! I’ve never been a fan of coffee flavored ice cream but the gentleman who took my order mentioned this shop makes their ice cream FRESH IN HOUSE- so i gave it a try and fell in love. Definitely want to come back and try the mint Oreo and what ever strawberry flavors they have!!
OMG this place is awesome and not just the Ice cream ( although it is delicious but more on that in a min ). Met the owners and his brother and let me tell you they couldn’t be any nicer! Really hope they do well and succeed as my experience there was definitely a positive one leaving happy with a full belly. Now the ice cream review, I had the Lemon blueberry cake on top of a giant chocolate chip cookie drizzled with liquid marshmallow and Carmel sauce and crumbled kit-kat ( sorry no photo ) and I’ll tell you it was an amazing combination of flavors!! Overall I definitely suggest trying them out.

I took my 8 year old daughter and 14 of her favorite friends here to get an ice cream treat and absolutely loved our experience. The owner and his teammate were incredibly patient with my very eager to test taste and eat all the ice cream kiddos. Despite the chaos, they kept smiles on their faces and kept on scooping. All the girls said that the ice cream was the best ever and they even had gluten free options for two of the kiddos in my party. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Sweet Pearl's for being the sweetest end to my youngest daughter's birthday party!

Create your A la Mode ice cream. It comes with 2 large scoops of ice cream + toppings included. I got the a la mode brownie with cookie butter and double stuff cookies and cream topped with whip cream and chocolate and caramel. I should have took a picture. But it was too good. Highly recommend

Amazing place to stop for a sweet treat!! It's very unique inside and very welcoming. Staff were all friendly and upbeat. Even patient as it was our first time there. Kids loved Circus Animals flavor. Love that they use little white holder so ice cream doesn't drip on your hands. Sad someone stole a picture/painting from the restroom previously. We will be sure to return into the future when ours travels take us back this direction.

This place was delicious and if that was not enough the staff member who helped us (I think he was maybe a manager or owner) was so patient and kind to our children. Everything was very clean too. My girls were also so excited to bring our pup "pup ice" home tonight. Such a sweet place with staff that makes me want to drive all the way from Rockwall more often.

Churro toffee ice cream! The flavors and texture = top notch. I could stop there, but have to rave the service and hospitality. Will took his time to share about his thought process behind the flavors and made sure to recommend his favorites. Next time I’ll make sure to not eat so much dinner to leave room for a second scoop! We will definitely go out of our way to come back.
We tried mint Oreo and apple crisp with a sample of chocolate brownie. All 3 were so amazing! I love that you can take it right from the freezer and dig in. It’s so creamy and the perfect texture and taste. It’s sweet, but not too sweet. It doesn’t have that artificial taste that everything these days seems to have. You can, however, taste the love. If you’ve ever had anything made with love, then you know what I’m talking about.

I’ve had this place pinned as a ‘must try’ in my maps for a while, and let me just say - it did not disappoint. We visited on a Friday evening around 8pm. Everything was clean, the aesthetic is adorable, the staff were super friendly, welcoming and attentive and the flavor selection is outstanding. My son and I think this is the best tasting ice cream we have ever had. The owner Will is incredibly nice and friendly. It's right beside the AMC theater in Firewheel mall which is how we found it. This is 1000% a place to take your kids or anyone. The ice cream and shop is amazing. We had mint ice cream and birthday cake is what we had and my son rated it 1000 out of 10 on his scale.
Our family loves Sweet Pearl's friendly & helpful staff and adorable aesthetic. What we love most though is that there are always multiple dairy free options for us to choose from (my favorite is the coconut sorbet!) We also recently eliminated artificial food dye and were excited to learn all their flavors are dye free!! Being able to take my kids somewhere with multiple ice cream options is HUGE!!

Will is amazing at what he does! I just placed an order for Peanut Butter Cup Ice cream, and this stuff is AMAZING!! This place is an absolute gem and so are the workers. Met one of the owner's young son who was a good kid and he excitedly recounted the ice shop story and invited us back to try all their flavors. It's not overly sweet and has very good natural flavors compared to haagen daaz for example. My son loved it and he agrees we should return more frequently as expected.

I'm only about 8 min from this place, my wife and I devoured our ice cream before making it home. We came in around 9:20pm and we got to meet the owner Will. Such an awesome guy, with amazing customer service. He was nice enough to share his background story and its such a blessing as to where he is now and we'll pray that he'll continue to have success. Definitely will be our new go to ice cream shop. Wife got the mint oreo and the cinnamon churro I got the cookies and cream with cinnamon churro on a homemade waffle cone. So good, all the flavors he makes himself, so impressive.

This is the cutest ice cream shop filled with my favorite color decor…….PINK! There are lots of flavors to choose from. It was hard to choose between the banana pudding flavor and the lemon blueberry cake flavor. So one scoop of each is what I settled on. In all this Texas heat you’ll want to take a pit stop here in between shopping and get a scoop or two.

This is such a cute find! They have so many fun flavors and they're all handmade in store. They have dairy and gluten free options. It's also dog friendly! I had the pina colada sorbet and it's the perfect level of tart and sweet. My sister had the salted caramel and she said it was perfectly balanced between sweet and salty. The environment is so cute and light! We also got to meet Pearl!! She's such a well behaved and sweet dog I LOVE her. We got to talk to the owners and they were so fun and genuine.
